Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reign Days mobile application (the "App") operated by Hollow Wolf Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and to make any in-app purchases.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Choose a username that complies with our content rules (no profanity, harassment, impersonation, or hateful content).
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or harm other users.

3. Credits and Virtual Currency

The App uses an in-game currency called "credits". Credits can be earned by playing, by watching advertisements, by winning tournaments, or by purchasing credit packages through the App Store.

• Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash or any other tangible item outside the App.
• Credits are licensed to you for use within the App only. You do not own them and cannot transfer, sell, or trade them.
• We may, at our sole discretion, adjust credit balances, prize pools, entry costs, or the means of earning credits at any time, including in response to abuse, errors, or service changes.
• Unused credits expire if your account is terminated for cause or if the App is discontinued; we are not required to compensate you for lost credits in these cases.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers consumable credit packages for purchase through the Apple App Store. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including its standard refund policy.

• Purchases are final once delivered, except as required by applicable law or by Apple's refund process.
• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly; we do not process or issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• Prices are displayed in the App and may change over time. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
• If a purchase is reversed or charged back after credits have been awarded, we may deduct the corresponding credits from your account.

5. Tournaments

The App offers scheduled tournaments in which players compete based on skill. Tournament results are determined by gameplay performance (such as correctness and completion time), not by chance.

• Entry to a tournament requires a credit fee, which is deducted at the time you join.
• Prizes are awarded in credits according to the prize structure displayed for each tournament.
• Tournaments are not gambling. Credits and prizes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
• We may cancel, postpone, modify, or void tournaments and results if we identify cheating, technical failures, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the competition.

6. Friends and Challenges

You may send and accept friend requests using other players' usernames, and you may send tournament challenges to your friends. By using these features you agree not to use them to harass, spam, or contact users who have not consented to interact with you. We may remove friend connections, revoke challenge codes, or restrict your access to social features if you misuse them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or its network traffic.
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in tournaments or to inflate scores.
• Operate multiple accounts to manipulate tournaments, exploit referral or reward systems, or evade enforcement actions.
• Interfere with the App's servers, the gameplay of other users, or the integrity of leaderboards.
• Submit content (including usernames) that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person or entity.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export controls and sanctions.

8. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements, including rewarded video advertisements that grant credits in exchange for watching them. Advertisements are served by third-party networks, and the content of those advertisements is not controlled by us. We are not responsible for any products, services, or claims promoted in advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, graphics, audio, designs, and branding, is owned by Hollow Wolf Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the App without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if continued provision of the service is not commercially reasonable. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any unused credits are forfeited.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TOURNAMENTS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE OF BUGS, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLLOW WOLF STUDIOS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST CREDITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hollow Wolf Studios harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Hollow Wolf Studios, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you if applicable; subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. This clause does not deprive you of any consumer protections that you are entitled to under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
